If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. How to Exercise Your Refund Policy

To exercise your Refund Policy, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). You are welcome to use the model withdrawal form provided below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement regarding the exercise of your Refund Policy before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the standard, most cost-effective option offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for your refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

4. Special Notes Regarding Digital Content

Your Refund Policy may expire early if you have expressly agreed that we begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have also acknowledged that you lose your Refund Policy once the service has started.
